Good value for money, close to Prague city center
The location is good and really close to a bus stop which makes moving around pretty easy. The neighborhood is clean and you have a lot of useful locations nearby (park, supermarket). The room is clean and provides all the necessary conditions for a city break. The building it's a little old and it can show from time to time, especially when you try to use the elevator. It has been reconditioned, but it moves really slow. The rooms in the upper floor are nice and have a good vibe, but they can get a little hot during summer. Overall the hotel offers good value for your money, especially if you don't want to spent a lot for a nice break.

Great location with friendly staff
Good price in good location. Bus stop just around the corner which take you to Florenc and Flora where you can change to other transport link easily. Hotel staff is friendly and the room with good view as it is on the top floor.

Nice hotel with room on the top (5th) floor, which made it quiet. The breakfast was good, including white and brown bread, cheese, ham, pates, butter, coffee, tea and juice. It was about 30 min walk from the main train station

The room was so small, a twin bed and just a little bit of space next to it, that was the whole room. Breakfast was so so. Easy to get to a center of Prague, a bus stop close to the hotel

Great hotel fab location
Not far to travel from the centre, we took a bus and never even paid as we went on using the back door (handy tip to know) the hotel was confusing at first because it's not the only thing in the building. The reception is on the ground floor along with a nice cafe/bar which you get discount in. There are 4 floors of offices and the fifth floor is the hotel. Lifts are available too. The room was lovely i couldn't fault it. And the bathrooms were amazing. Overall a lovely few days in Prague!

Bad service; unethical; dirty rooms; poor location
Rooms do not look as those advertised on the Expedia website - they are far smaller, far more basic, and look dated and are definitely not clean. When I noted all of the above at check-in, there was much protestation on the part of reception staff and angry rebuttals by hotel management when they were called to sort of this mess. We never even got an apology for this very poor attitude. Please note that you may not get the type of room appearing on the picture - an unethical business practice which however did not bother staff nor management! Problems started though even before arrival, with staff sending confusing emails about our reservation, some of them noting that the reservation was going to be cancelled while others claims the reservation was valid. As a result, we had to send a number of emails and call the hotel prior to departure to make sure that we had accommodation upon arrival in Prague. Staff took long time to finally confirm the reservation and respond to our 5th email on this subject matter, following a number of contacts on our part and silence on theirs. This was definitely very poor service. The hotel and the room itself were very noisy 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. People were leaving rooms and banging doors, two nights other people's swipe cards would not work so they and the reception staff would be sorting this out in the middle of the night with much accompanying noise (at 2am and 1am). Sleep was therefore a luxury.

Badly designated but good inside
Good enough for such price, but be prepared that it is not enough noticible from street. The is no even hotel label on the entrance to building containing the hotel. The is only small printed caption in Czech showing direction to hotel reception placed on the doorway, not the door. Even in hotel reception there is no feeling of hotel reception due to repair works conducted. But the rooms & dinning room are good & clean and look exactly as on website photos. Please also note that during repair works in reception the entrance was moved from Konevova street to Ostromescka street.

Hoteli sijaistsi Praha 3 alueella. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja tilava. Ilmastointi puuttui joten tuuletus tapahtui pitämällä ikkunaa auki. Aamupala oli hyvä. Bussipysäkki ihan hotellin lähellä, nro:lla 133 ja 207 pääsi sujuvasti keskustaan, 5- 7 min.

Litet och trevligt hotell.
Bra hotell beläget lite utanför centrum. Inte mycket trafik på gatan utanför. Vissa i personalen kunde inte jättebra engelska men dom var väldigt hjälpsamma. Schysst frukost. Nära till två parker där den ena har en bra utsikt över staden och två schyssta museum för den som är intresserad av det. Lite lokala restauranger och pubbar längs med gatan i närheten. Området i sig är lite slum liknande men kände själv inget som helst obekvämhet av att gå tidigt på morgonen eller sent på kvällen.

Sehr hübsches Hotel in Žižkov
Ein etwas abseits der großen Touristenströme gelegenes Hotel in Žižkov/Prag 3. Sehr gutes Kaffee im Erdgeschoß mit leckeren Kuchen. Abends oft mit Livemusik junger Tschechischer Musiker. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
