"This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff. However, we deliberately booked a hotel with an indoor pool and were then shocked to be told on arrival that the pool was being refurbished and was out of action. We could go across the road for a sauna but that's not the same thing. If we had known this before we would not have booked. That said, it's a lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic. Just don't assume the publicised amenities actually work. "

"Its a kosher hotel with a mega great breafast. Bedroom is a bit tired. Staff were unwelcoming on arrival and although i am expedia platinum i had to request the benefits to be given to us. Breakfast staff were helpful. "
