"LOVE this hotel, stay there a lot. My only wish is that they would consider upgrading me to a bigger room or sneak me that free bottle of wine they give to other clients that check in. I guess I’m not VIP enough. :("

"The hotel is out of the old town but it is walkable or you can use a tram to go. The breakfast is absolutely amazing everything even a hot soup is for you to start a long day. The main railway station is in 20 min walk or 2 tram stops, very convenient to go to the other towns like Kutná Hora or Karlovy Vary. Mini markets and restaurants are a few steps from the hotel door. "Very well placed and lovely hotel. Clean, with nice and attentive staff. My only issue is that the internet connection in my attic room was extremely volatile and mostly non-existent. I personally managed, but I can imagine that for many people this could be a deal-breaker. I suppose this is an issue only on the top floor and the rest of the hotel is probably fine. Other than that a great hotel."
