"Pretty good overall. Room was comfy and well appointed. WiFi worked ok. The only issue was the lacking of soundproofing in the walls. Was extremely noisy from a nearby room at night. Primary reason for a hotel room is to get some sleep. At this it failed. Such a shame, other than that it was fine."

"The house is beautifully maintained and the proprietors are extremely friendly. The apartment had three separate rooms: a full eat-in kitchen, a private bathroom (with shower and toilet), and bedroom with a double bed. The proprietress delivered breakfast (breakfast, wireless internet and parking were included in the price) into the kitchen at our requested time. The location is gorgeous - right in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park (Osttirol region), surrounded by mountains."

At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel. "Beautiful property, great amenities. River just down the path. Amazing views of the mountains. Great trails right outside your door. The Gentleman who runs the hotel there was great. Funny and helpful with anything you need. If you are looking for a quite getaway, this place is great. Note... Sauna is an add on, you need to pay for energy used. Didnt use it, so wasnt an issue."

"Very clean and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Manuel was most helpful. We arrived after dark and even though the residence was not far from the Hotel Mirabell where we picked up the key, the map we were provided with was not helpful with finding the residence. May I suggest the Mirabell using the map that the Information Center uses."
