"This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. "This place was so cute! We booked the king suite and it overlooked the pool. Room was very large and the shower was 10/10. The place was very peaceful and the staff was so kind and accommodating. It was right next to the beach and the grocery store plus tons of restaurants were nearby on the beach. I would definitely return! "

"This property was perfect for relaxation. It is gorgeous and the presidential villa was amazing. Every room was comfortable with adequate ac and the common area was large enough for a a family. The kitchen was large and had cooler with filtered water. The unit had it's own pool but we also enjoyed the infinity pool on the grounds. The only drawback was that the restaurant on the grounds closed its doors the day we arrived and there is nothing in the area so you must go out for meals or purchase food for the apt. Zihua was interesting and we did a few excursions including the day trip to isla de Ixtapa. This place is so beautiful with the views of pool, beach and amazing sunset and the staff was awesome that we will be back. "
