"Thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay at Joe and Stephanie's efficiency unit in the gorgeous and peaceful Southtown neighborhood in San Antonio!! The unit was spotlessly maintained and very convenient to the downtown area and a variety of restaurants right in the area. We would definitely opt to stay again on any return trip to the San Antonio area!!"

"Eclectic, 'shabby-sheik' but totally functional, clean, and very nice views of the cathedral, San Antonio Saga laser show, Courthouse architecture, etc. All this right while you sit at the desk. Full kitchen. Large tub; shower head could be replaced. Good A/C and ceiling fans give total control of temp. Only knock besides shower head is not in owner control but almost always homeless folks outside or near the door/entrance. Terrace is very pleasant with riverwalk views. We would rent again...

"Upon arrival we noticed the TV didn’t work. The property manager went and bought a new tv and brought it to us. They didn’t have to, so they’re very accommodating! We did wish they had more than one wash cloth for in the shower. It worked out as it was just my husband and myself though lol…We really enjoyed the overall ease of this rental. Our only warning is if you have a truck, it’s tight. (But do-able!) Definitely recommend!!! "

"This apartment was perfect and even better than we had expected. Yes, the living area is small but appointed in a way that made it feel just fine. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The elevator made it simple to manage our luggage. The location could not have been better, quiet but central to everything. We were just 2 people, however, and I can’t imagine more than 4 in this apartment!"

"Hands down the best of the best! The views are gorgeous. The apartment is cozy and well stocked with all you need. We had groceries delivered and cooked a few meals at home. The bed is super comfortable with lots of pillows. The location is PRIME! Historic area with easy access to the Riverwalk. There’s a wedding chapel and a Love Lock bridge right outside and we enjoyed seeing all the couples. The building is secure and very quiet. Definitely eat at La MEXICANA on the street level. Easy access...

"Wonderful host, and the Amelia House has everything you need for a weekend getaway. We came to visit The Alamo & Riverwalk. To San Antonio is about 30mins. We enjoyed the historic tour in Castroville. Moye Retreat Center is beautiful. If you like late 1800's buildings you will enjoy the town."
