Food good however long wait for breakfast service and didnt seem equipped to manage the tables they have due to only 2 staff working and multi tasking at reception. Coffee undrinkable though! Some staff better than others, for example, our cleaning lady (who gave us a great laugh with her towel art!) and Tom at reception who rectified a problem with the heating for us very quickly. Not enough sockets in the room with 2 broken meaning things had...

"My second stay at The Revado. An excellent, value for money hotel, which is clean, comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. Hotel is in an excellent location for both Carrow Road and evenings out in Norwich city centre.
