"By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air...

"I booked this about 2 months ago. The manager of post, contacted me by email 3 day before my trip. Saying that I "only need to speak to the security for the details". He then messages me 36 hours before my trip. The day before giving me the excuse "oh they just started cleaning today. Because of the chemical smell can last more the 24 hours" Thats BS lie number one. So where he put me was not the advertised place and where he put me was not good. "Ms Thompson was very nice and friendly and there was never a bad moment for me to reach out to her for help. The area was also very quiet which allowed my stay very peaceful though I didn’t really go out much to explore more. I’ll try to do that when next I come around. "
