Only 4 miles down the road, neat and clean and plenty big enough for little ole me. I really only had two snafu's that I was able to work around. The week I arrived was a cold one with temperatures in the teens. That caused the door keypad to not work properly for me but after calling the manager he quickly came over and...

"We actually came in after being displaced. The owner, Dean, was prompt in every reply or question we had, and had no issues at all with us bringing odder pets than cats and dogs. (A small parrot breed and a reptile terrarium.) Saved us from having to spend some serious money on a place to house them, and the emotional health of the bird that would've been a high cost to us too...The place is clean, functional, and exactly as listed on the site. "It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. "I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."
