Property is secured.quiet and with nice view.. What i dont like is the late attendest of internet and television activation. It took me many calls snd laye time for the team to activate.

Loved the roof top balcony.. although bbq and firetable were both broken. Room was great. Clean, comfy beds. We had issues with the pillows being too hard for us and brand new ones were delivered to us. Great customer service!!

Pearl in the Pearl
Perfect location. Beautiful apartment. Stunning view. Besides an occasional smell of old cigarettes, this place could not have been more perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Not their best foot forward
Willing to give it another try, but will not be my first choice. Location was good, cleanliness was lacking. Smaller then expected. Peppercorn EVERYWHERE, including in the body wash. Super weird.

The apartment is beautiful and clean but the check-in and communication with the property managers was terrible for a last minute booking. I had to wait 3 hours to even get my check-in info, they did not answer calls/texts promptly and parking is very inconvenient. Also I requested a late check-out since I had an appointment at 4pm and they only gave me one hour free and would charge $99 for up to 2pm. With COVID19 lockdowns I had to spend 3 hours in my car with my 4 year old son. Very poorly handled! Do not recommend for any last minute hotel needs.

Walls looks like they haven't been painted in years, very lived-in feel but dirty. Floorboards, baseboards, bedding, doors, walls have stains, dirt. Internet is unreliable and very slow in comparison.

I made my reservation online at the last minute, and they were able to respond and get me in asap. No one is one site; be prepared to handle all checkin and out by emails and texts. They required a photo of me and my drivers license (in one photo) prior to renting me a room, never had that done before. Door to the patio was locked and unable to be opened. Suggest fixing and place a sign on operation if it is complicated (i've flipped houses and i could not find a latch in the upper RH corner where it was obviously latched). Suggest the maid check the dishes are cleaned by prior person, i did not use some glassware b/c it was dirty. Suggest adding a water pitcher. washer dryer is nice, but expect very small loads. I'd place the laundry detergent near the washer, i almost did not see it in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Thanks for the dishwasher tabs!!

電話対応がひどい
重い荷物を持っていたので、朝、チェックインの前に先に荷物を預けたいという連絡をしたのですが、電話で対応する相手が全く折り返しの連絡をしてくれず、結局朝10時半に最初に連絡をして、3回の電話と、3回のメールのやり取りの末、チェックインできたのは四時でした。 その間雨の中荷物を持って近くのカフェなどで時間を潰さなければならず、本当に腹立たしかったです。滞在自体には問題はありませんでしたが、電話の対応とメールのやり取りには本当に憤りを覚えました。
