"From the greeting we received on arrival to our departure, the staff of the hotel were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very quiet and pleasant while clean and very well cared for. The public spaces are large and comfortable, and great for families or large groups. Our suite was designed to provide comfort and was, as expected, very clean and well maintained. Everything is meant to give the guests a first class feel. This is a super choice for any traveler, young or old and the Pearl district is intriguing and great for exploring. All the staff deserve shout outs, Wanda, Lily, Morgan, Vanessa, Roy, Clark and even the valet guy who greeted us."
