"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"Hotel is convenient for Bordeaux Centre and there is a supermarket and shopping mall close by. Entry is confusing as the main entrance is from the upper level. The only way we could get to the upper entrance was through the adjacent park which isn't obvious. The ground floor entrance is normally locked and access is either via the speakerphone, door key card or previously advised PIN number. Not very welcoming. "This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk.
