"Great property, but we stayed in the blue chip tower and the edges of the carpet hallway could REALLY use a broom or vacuum hose. The room had cobwebs all around the ceiling. It seems like they kind of forgot about any deep cleaning in that wing. We stayed last year in a different tower and it was completely different. Overall, The room was nice, the staff was super friendly, and over all the room was clean, but disappointed in such a nice place kinda neglecting certain areas. BUT. we will come back. "

"I originally was given a room on the second floor but they offered me a room on the first floor since I have a little trouble walking and I didn't even ask for that. Staff was very thoughtful."

"I stayed for 1 night. When I checked into my room on the first floor. It had a smell. It smelled like the carpet was wet or something. Any who, the front desk lady Ms. Jackie was so helpful. She had me come back down and she switched my room out with no problem. I then checked into my other one and it was nice, clean, and had no odor. Ms. Jackie was so helpful. "

"There are many things I liked about my stay. First, the prompt and polite service from the staff. My room was clean and my bed very soft. There was a coffee pot in my room and an alarm clock. Last, but the best, there was a free breakfast with rolls, juice, milk, choice of cereal, coffee. Very nice. Will stay again ! "
