"We liked the privacy of being on the ground level, and not having to walk through the hotel lobby and get on an elevator. I never saw any staff, other than at check-in. The rooms have a nice kitchen. Rooms could use some updates and maintenance. Had to place a spoon into the bath tub drain plug while showering. Otherwise it stayed closed and filled the tub. First world problems. Room rate was a bit expensive, but it was during peak fall foliage season. "

"It's pricey but the location can't be beat. Walkable to Church st and spacious room. The bar staff, Ian, is fantastic! He made us some excellent drinks. The fireplaces in the lobby and front patio are both a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting by them with a drink later in the evening. Breakfast buffet, $18, seemed steep but then you consider that the local bakeries have avocado toast for $14, this is actually a good deal. And no lines. I would go back but go on a less busy weekend where the prices...
