"Basic health and safety standards are not met in this property. There is a door not fixed correctly to the frame and is hanging off in the upstairs bedroom and the shower screen in the bathroom is a joke and leaks water all over the floor which causes it to leak into the kitchen below. Only 2 chairs for the kitchen table but it's a 4 bedroom house. No remote control for TV and can't work it without one but we got around this. A smoker had stayed there so one bedroom stank of smoke. "Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas as myself and partner have moved away from Llanelli. Was located in the middle of both families, the kitchen was user friendly for our dinner, plenty of nice walking areas around, and if taking dogs there’s huge field just behind the garden for dogs to run around, wish we had brought ours! Whenever we come back down for a few nights we will definitely have this house as our first choice! Very cosy, very quiet,absolutely ideal!"

"Freshly decorated with nice design touches, this is a great base to explore the Swansea area. Big kitchen with all you need, Enough seating in the living room and a small dining table. On street parking availble and a 45 mins walk from the centre of Swansea. Chinese Takeaway and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. city centre."
