"This property was so cute and comfortable. The check in process was very easy. Communication with Kerry was exceptional. Restaurants including the Culinary Institute are close by. I came here to attend the Duchess County Sheep and Wool festival and this property was close enough to commute without being in the middle of the scrum. I will definitely stay here again. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and communication from the person/company managing it was good. I would recommend this rental to most people with a few notes… *There is off-street parking which is good, but it’s a little odd for Units 1 and 2 in that you may need to back out of a fairly narrow curved driveway. Not a problem but something to note… I could see it being confusing or...

"Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Lovely clean linens, etc. only issue was the very steep stairs to bathroom and living spaces. Several stairs are breaking and the rail is disconnecting from the wall in the middle. Also, adorable kitchen table top not secured to bottom. Shifts a bit if you are not aware. Lovely stay though!"

"This place was great! The apartment itself is a great size for 2 people. The yard was pretty big with lots of seating, firepit, an awesome guitar shaped chiminea, nice sized pool, outdoor tv in the gazebo. The owner, Ryan, came later at night and left the next morning. He was super nice and very helpful!"
