"We had a church group attending a conference in the area. Most of us were up at the Renwick, but the guest house was a great inexpensive option for three extra bedrooms. The house is quaint and well kept. "

"We were in town visiting family and wanted to bring our dog. This property was dog friendly (even left treats for him), very clean and the location was great (right off a main road about 1 minute from the main highway). One of the main bike paths is even located right across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"The property fit our needs as we were busy with family and friends most of the time. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom with the tub fell of the first day. I placed it on the counter in that bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub could use some scrubbing bubbles cleanser to get it cleaned properly. It works good on mine anyway. It would have been handy to have a spatula too. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodations. And we loved the easy access of the keyless system. Thanks"

"I traveled to the Quad Cities with my cognitively disabled son as he wished to return to the community where he grew up. This place was everything I have ever hoped for in a VRBO. While some places present as "the least we can do to make you comfortable" this place was nearly new, very clean and full of decor choices that communicated care and hospitality.This place communicated, "Welcome to your home away from home. "We were a group of Fishermen that were fishing BFL Regionals on the Mississippi. Driveway was a little tight to back a boat in being on a busier street, but is manageable. House was clean and very comfortable, and the host was very responsive and accommodating when we asked for a grill he made sure one was on site by time of arrival. Would definitely stay there again."

"This property was everything that we were looking for. From the quiet neighborhood to the stunning sunset over the river, to the luxurious bathtub and cozy living room. "The home was perfect for a girls weekend with three of us. The pictures were accurate. The kitchen was well stocked, everything worked well and lots of appliances. Hot tub was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. "
