"We were in room 1, wheelchair accessible with walk in wet room, the wet room had blackness around the tiles and plug area, needs bleached and there is no fan to get rid of the steam, but room was nice, huge bed, comfortable and all staff were so nice. Bar area was lovely and we had a fantastic breakfast next morning. "

"Sadly this hotel needs an update all round, the restaurant downstairs was great but the food wasn’t exactly great and to the description on the menu. Rooms are quite small, too warm, and Beds aren’t great. There isn’t many options in the Greenock area so this Hotel will always do well but a major refurb would help. "

"Arrived on Friday night, late for checking in and dinner, he asked the kitchen and we were able to dine, Saturday/Sunday morning breakfast was amazing, we both had the Full Breakfast, between the accommodation/staff and food the weekend stay was amazing and will be booking again, last but not least the price for the weekend was very reasonable "
