After our first stay, Amy, the wonderful person at the desk not only remembered my name but has everything ready for a quick, efficient check-in. Doing a job dealing with such a variety of people can be difficult at best but she has a constant smile, a welcoming hello for everyone and a never ending effort to provide guests with anything they may need to make their stay more comfortable. This wonderful woman deserves much of the credit for the success of this facility."
