"Our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The old-style room was big enough and had a view up to the basilica. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Parking just out front. The reception area was down and around a path to the rear of the building. There is a footpath behind the property which takes you up to the magnificent basilica and awesome cave chapel and it was a short drive to take the shuttle bus up to Los Lagos. "

"A well located house with the some issues, the main one being that is was advertised as having a hot tub but the tub was not working and obviously had not worked for a while. This is not reasonable when it has influenced the decision to rent this particular property. The entire lower floor is damp and smells of damp. "Nice house in quiet mountain village. Close to Sotres and Cares which can be reached by car, local bus, or walking. Host was helpful in providing local information.
