"Lots of charachter and very quirky. Lots of clutter and curiosities around the house, so not for everyone. Perfect location to explore Brecons and local area. Two friendly pubs in the village. Cottage has lots of Victorian penny slot games, a pinball machine and a space invaders! Host was away, but was still contactable and very helpful."

"The cottage is beautiful inside and out, with a modern kitchen and gorgeous cottage lounge diner downstairs and lovely homely but modern double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. A rare treat, nessled in a lush valley, with the sound of the river nearby. It was delightful in late autumn, it must be even better in the spring or summer, I'll definitley be back"

"We had an amazing stay at this cottage for a few days of walking the Brecon Beacons. Cottage has everything needed, is in a great location for walking and has an amazing pub ‘Royal Oak’ with superb food in easy walking distance. Pity about the issue with the heating and TV didn’t work, but these were minor issues compared to the great cottage. Thank you Richard"

"Our recent birthday holiday stay had its positives, but unfortunately, it didn't fully meet our expectations. The communication with the hosts was excellent—they were welcoming and even greeted us with Welsh cakes and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The interior of the property was well done up, reflecting the effort put into its presentation. However, the location was not what we had anticipated. In hindsight, we should have checked the street view more...

"Pod was beautiful, really warm and the shower was fab really powerful and water was hot. The telly is a,smart TV so you have to sign into your accounts to watch anything...just remember to sign out before you leave. The only issue i have is in the information book it had phone numbers of takeaways so we thought we'd have a takeaway on last night, but when i rang they didn't do delivery! It could be because it was a Tuesday but keep that in mind. But it didn't spoil our stay. "
