"A clean place to stay with excellent sea views. Carpets are threadbare and finish is basic. A budget, clean place to stay. Stair carpets are dangerous and should be replaced due to tripping hazards. This would also give a better first impression!"

"We ended up here, after our booking at another hotel was cancelled, it was the best thing that could have happened. The location is perfect for Aberaeron town. The host was wonderful and provided a fabulous, freshly cooked breakfast. The whole place is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable.
