"Such a great experience! The view from the rockers on the front porch is fantastic, not a lake front but a perfect hill country view, filled with hills, cardinals, doves and hummingbirds as well as a flock of wild turkey. The cottage itself is so comfy, the bed adjustable, fully stocked with a wide variety of breakfast foods and snacks. The bathroom is roomy. My only caution is if you have limited mobility, the path to the cabin is rocky and not level but the 3 stairs up to the cabin has a nice railing. I so enjoyed by stay!"

"Nestled on a 1,000 acre family-owned ranch, this bunkhouse is the perfect getaway for those wanting an escape from the city. Whether you're wanting to visit the local shops and cafes in Llano or want to spend a few days touring the wineries in Fredericksburg, it's all within a 25 minute drive. The bunkhouse is perfect with two bedrooms, a nice living space and full kitchen. The house is meticulously clean and all furniture is in great condition. We will definitely return. And why not- seeing all the cattle every morning and deer in the evening- what could be better. Love this place. "
