"Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. We figured out the back bedroom space heater was tripping out power to bedrooms. That was annoying. I view a vrbo rental...

"This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that."

"Nice and comfortable house close to all shopping and food in a quiet location. House was clean and we had access to the back yard, which was a plus. Mr Rufus was very nice and accommodating. "I was looking for a cabin to spend the weekend with my husband and 2 dogs. The cabin has a warm feel to it. It has games to play, hot tub and sauna. About 50 steps in the back yard is the fire pit then about 100ish steps to the pond. You can’t see the pond from the house but from the hot tub you can!
