"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."

"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"Had an issue with the wifi connection but after a few hours, they agreed to move us rooms. We were moved to a smoking room (we are a non smoking family) but it was for one night only and the wifi worked so I didn’t object (wifi needed for son’s school work). Loved the lights on the balcony at night!"

" I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Napoli! The service was truly exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards, making it easy to feel at home. The gardens were absolutely beautiful—a serene oasis that provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated how easy and convenient the parking access was, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Napoli!"

Cleanest hostel, nicest staff

"No exaggeration the cleanest hostel I've ever been to. This place is SPOTLESS. The kitchen is really big and equipped with anything needed to cook. The rooms are nice and spacious. Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport and a highway. Staff is friendly and very kind :) "

"The staff and the condition of the property was great. We were here because of an early flight out of NAP and the property is close. Found the property to be clean and more upscale than many small hotels in Naples. They arranged for our early car to the airport and it went smooth as silk despite people still out celebrating NYE at 3:30 AM! Great pizza place 2 doors down. We felt lucky to find this place."
