Found the property to be clean and more upscale than many small hotels in Naples. They arranged for our early car to the airport and it went smooth as silk despite people still out celebrating NYE at 3:30 AM! Great pizza place 2 doors down. We felt lucky to find this place."

It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."
