"I stayed one night at the lovely property while visiting my daughter who is studying in Florence. The location is ideal as it is minutes from the train station as well as to the duomo. The street is not very busy so noise at night was not a problem. Marco is an excellent communicator. We were able to stow our luggage until the room was ready. Coffee and tea in the room. The bedroom and bathroom are well appointed and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property...

"Making contact once I arrived was challenging. The buzzer/door bell was inoperative. The phone number was not accurate. Once access was given the wrong floor was given. My room was tucked in a back section of the building down a narrow corridor. Noisy with mosquitoes. Down steep steps to a bathroom. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful though. Accommodations are very overpriced at $213. Would not stay here again. "
