"Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby."

Our VRBO was the perfect location to the train as well as the heart of Florence (if you don’t mind walking, which was our plan). The flat suited our needs for a short stay. It is not fancy but clean and spacious enough for 2 people. There is a delicious trattoria just down the street for a close and quiet bite. And the market is just a quick 5 minute walk."

"The communication was super confusing because there was a chain for multiple people that we needed to talk to an information didn’t get relayed to the correct people. They allowed us to check in late which was super nice but something got miscommunicated and it wasn’t a super pleasant experience talking with the owners. Overall the house was nice, you can tell it is an older place but was great for what we needed it for."

"This apartment is beautiful, as well as comfortable and quiet—a true pleasure to come home to. It is located in our favorite part of Florence—Oltrarno. An easy walk to the major sites but happily tucked away from tourist crowds. This was our fourth trip to Florence and this apartment was our favorite by far. We loved exploring Florence from this location and were glad it was easy to walk to the train station when we went on day trips to Lucca and Bologna. There is an excellent grocery store...
