"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is perfect for a stay in Florence. I have stayed here whilst visiting Florence previously, which is why we chose this hotel again. Everything about it is wonderful, the staff, the rooms, the location. It was also my husbands birthday whilst we were there and he received a lovely unexpected gift from the manager. "

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
