"Excellent hotel, with friendly staff. Well decorated and overall the hotel does have a high end feel to it, with bar area very impressive. Given the cost and standard expected the negatives are, reception area is very modest (not something that bothers me but does not set the scene well for rest of hotel). We were lucky to get an upgrade to superior room which was lovely but not something i could have paid the extra for while also wondering how basic the normal rooms are given the standard of the superior room. Overall its a great hotel and great staff but not sure about the value for money aspect. "

"Entry button was difficult to find first time, but someone at the coffee shop around the corner helped me out. FYI - there is a tiny round button on the panel next to the door to ring the front desk. Might be helpful for the property to explain this to incoming guests!"
