"Good for what we needed. Tea and coffee facilities were great. Iron and Hairdryer included in the room was a good touch, first time I've ever needed to use them and they worked. The pool was ok, slightly too busy, but we did use it at peak time (evening). Great stay."

"Hotel is set on a 650 acre plot with beautiful scenery hensol lake amd hensol castle and golf course. The hotel is clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. I had to move from my initial room as it was not up to a standard youd expect from a hotel of this calibre. The rooms are abot dated and could definitely do with a refresh and upgrade"

"The hotel and staff were superb, our stay was hassle free and convenient, without any issues. The breakfast was superb and the hotel rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Our one gripe, which was outside the hotel was the guests were reluctant to pick up their dogs mess in the field to the left of the hotel. Perhaps a sign reminding guests of their responsibilities and a possible fine might help. The field was full of dog waste, can't be pleasant in the summer for guests/children."

"This hotel is literally yards from swansea station, i thought it would be cheap and cheerful and convenient but was suprised it was such a lovely hotel. Staff amazing decor lovely, will def be staying here again. Lovely utalian restaurant just down the road, tesco express opposite."

"This is quite an old establishment, probably a former coaching inn. As such, it is a little old-fashioned, in need of some modernisation, but I feel that this is reflected in the price, which was very good value and included a very nice breakfast."
