The hotel itself knew better days,definitely not 5 stars.But I would swallow all those things if I didn’t have an interaction with Arshad front desk receptionist.He was acting nasty arrogant even belligerent when I approached before leaving to clarify hidden the charges.It was a scary and very disappointing experience for us...
