Love this place! It looks right at the Marina in the Mediterranean.It is gorgeous , the balcony is incredible. It's a great place to walk around.You can walk around the Marina to the beach.Even heading to town it's great.

Newish hotel about 15 mins walk from station. Friendly staff and nice room with sea view balcony and table. Good breakfast spread. Well located for stunning new marina and lift access to beautiful old town.

Fabulous property. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. So close to the beach! I am disabled and was still able to make it to enjoy time on the beach and in the water. The staff gave us tips to make it to Old Town which was also within walkable distance for me. Great stay!

Second time at this nice hotel within walking distance to the city centre. Everything was great even though the pillow in the bed was to hard and big.

A Fabulous End
Our last 2 nights in Italy after a 4 week road trip and WOW, what a fabulous hotel to end it in. A room with an amazing view. Everything about it was just as advertised. Loved it and would certainly recommend to everyone

There is a construction sight adjacent that’s not yet under construction . The room has a nice view from balcony. Nice decor to update an old hotel

A modern hotel. Very clean. Balconies facing the sea, great view. Nice breakfast. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Thin walls; you hear the neighbours very well, but I wasn’t disturbed at night. Easy access to Ventigmilia Alta (old town) through the elevator inside the tunnel, and a short walk through the tunnel and over the bridge to the new part of the town. 25min walk to Calandre beach. Would recommend.

Great view.
Nice room, balcony overlooking the marina. AC wasn’t as good as I would have liked. Didn’t seem very adjustable. Thought I was getting a king bed but it was two singles pushed together. I’m tall so not too comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Great location! Wish I knew in advance that there’s no AC - it gets turned off in October? A fan would have helped create a breeze in hot room. Breakfast was wonderful and hotel staff very kind and helpful.

What a special place. Unlike any other. Not luxurious but very special and quaint. Hosts are LOVELY. Could be upgraded to luxurious with softer bed and down pillows and a little more attention to toiletries. The used shampoo bottles were a distraction from high end accommodations.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good view of private boats in small sheltered harbor. Easy access to beach and dining options. Advertised free parking, but that was actually adjacent public parking which was limited. Secured parking in nearby facility will cost extra. Quiet room was well kept and convenient to lift. Continental breakfast was adequate with friendly staff.

Generally, it's a good location, but do not expect to park your car easily in that area. The hotel has ZERO parking, even though they don't have parking to unload your stuff in front of the hotel (bring your stuff from self-parking somewhere). This hotel will not provide the iron.
