"Nice oceanfront property... Nice pool and great prices"

"This is an old building, but the rooms are spacious and newly decorated and quiet. We used to come here in the '80's and are very happy with the changes. The front desk is helpful and responsive. Parking is easy; groceries are just across the street. Amenities in the room are excellent. Lots of towels! And it's right on the ocean, easy to reach the beach. We plan to come back."

"Two minor issues with this property. The first is that they don't assign the actual room until 24 hours prior to check in, so you don't know which unit you'll be getting. And there are massive differences in the views based on which room you get. The second issue is road noise. If you're on the side facing the road, the bedroom windows back right up to it, and let's just say that this stretch of road has a lot of noisy exhausts traveling on it. Download a white noise app and that will help...

"I like the property, wish there was fan in the individual rooms....drown out some outside noise. Toilet wasn't flushing normal, had to hold down handle. Shower was clean, but paint was peeling off tub....yes, it looked like paint. One dislike was the pressure to go to "timeshare" meeting. Wouldn't take No for an answer that I didn't want to go. If I knew this was that kind of property, I would of not had stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"The Royal Floridian was perfect and every way I took my family and our three boys down there for a week vacation and it was just absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and just so nice and right on the beach. It was just wonderful. already planning to return next year to make it a family vacation every year"
