"After a 12 hour drive to get there, our room wasn't ready. They held true to thier slogan and gave us a 10%discount on the parking for the 1 hour wait time. Our kids were tired. Next time, I'll call hours ahead to check if my room is almost ready."

"If you want a reasonably affordable trip just north of New York City on the Hudson, it's proximity to multiple historic villages & points along Hudson, it was ideal. Theres a costco & Stew Leonard's a few mins away & the rooms, while small are tidy, clean & comfy. Not best place if you are with a noisemaking crew. Otherwise cant beat this place."

"From check-in to check-out, I was very pleased with my entire experience, and would recommend the Sonesta White Plains to anyone visiting this very nice and quaint city. The overall ambience of the entrance, lobby bar, restaurant, and pool, were clean, contemporary, and classy. My room was perfect for my short stay and I will definitely stay here again in the future.
