"The house worked perfectly for a weekend getaway for four old friends looking for a chance to relax and catch up. Great for hanging out, time by the fire pit, and meandering walks. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working the weekend we were there but the owner was very responsive, getting two different technicians to come look at it and giving us a partial refund because it couldn’t be fixed in time. We’d love to come back in warmer weather and be able to take advantage of the water...

"Cosy cottage house with a lovely large deck and backyard with direct access to the lake. We enjoyed the house amenities. Not sure the dishwasher works well: dishes in the kitchen cabinets were not the cleanest upon arrival. The bathroom water had a strange sulfur-like smell. We used bottled water to brush teeth and did not drink out of the kitchen either. Other than that, the house was quite pleasant and comfortable."

"Siblings and family - RI natives - returned home for a funeral. Nick was a tremendous host and offered an early check-in without us asking. That ended up being a great blessing for the family that arrived early. The home is in a beautiful location and was as described and spotless upon arrival. Communication was first rate. "Let's start with the good. Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....
