"We rented the cottage property because it was close to family. Both the kitchen and bathroom has been update- we did not do any cooking during our stay so can’t comment on that area. But we really appreciate the instant hot water in the bathroom. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom which was comfy with lots of closet space and room. "

"Very nice and clean cottage. Loved the coziness,and it was close to the university where went to a girls basketball game,go Huskies! Host was quick to respond back with questions I had. We had a very enjoyable time. Would definitely return."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay."

"My husband and I stayed in this cozy cottage for ten days. It was so relaxing sitting on our private beach reading, sipping evening wine and a little fishing from the dock. The house was adequately furnished and there’s a large tv in the living room if you wanted to watch tv. Overall a very enjoyable vacation. "

"This place was so cute! The pictures don't do it justice. The layout of the house is perfect. The rooms are spread out so your not on top of each other with larger groups. Each room has an a/c which was so nice. This house is in a great location, in such privacy, but so close to stores, food, and shops. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much Jodi for being so communicative and opening your doors to my family and I. See ya soon!!!"

"The house was as expected when we arrived. The neighbor house was occupied the first night and the renters were very nice. The pool was air temp which made it very enjoyable. The host responded to my questions quickly and we enjoyed our stay!"

The house wasn’t perfectly spotless and stained carpets and too many things on the walls but nothing terrible. It was all easily overlooked because we were all together with lots of room to spread out if needed."

"House is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were conveniently located on both floors. Everything was clean and tidy. It's clear Ron is doing continuous updates to the property, but that didn't bother us at all. Location is very peaceful with gorgeous views and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Ron is right on site and readily available if needed. We'd definitley stay again."
