"The staff was immediately friendly and kind. They helped us upgrade our room, leave our bags before check-in, and gave us a tour of the guesthouse. The kitchen was clean and big. The room was beautiful and comfortable. There is no soap or shampoo but it was okay as we brought our own. "

"Safe, walkable, and very close to everything I wanted to walk to. The property sent me a code to enter the bldg the day before my arrival. I arrived at 1:30pm or so, and since my room was almost ready I was given the option to wait in the kitchen, which I did. Therevis no lift and my room was on the 2nd floor but staff always offered me a hand with my bag. Room was minimal but sufficient and efficient. AC worked and wifi worked. "A lovely place, very close to the city centre and staff was incredibely kind and helpful! I couldn't make it to breakfast on the day of my departure due to leaving early in the morning, and the staff prepared a paper bag with breakfast for to take on the road! Very pleased with the stay!"

"This was a wonderful stay and location. Our check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The view from the hotel looking out at the castle at night was stunning. The hotel is also right off the main street and we walked to the old part of town in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend and we'd stay there again. "

"The location is very good. I just wish the person I met in the reception is more friendly; while I do understand that sometimes it's a cultural thing, being in a tourism industry you are expected to be warm and friendly receiving your guests."

"It’s a family business, very peaceful and clean environment. Owner is very friendly. The garden is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. It was homemade and the coffee was the best. Highly recommended."

"The place is very quiet and beautifully kept. I had the view of the castle from our room. The room was very comfortable and large. Super clean and convenient location. "When we arrive was a town local band right inthe entrance and 3 tables with old people drinking and so.e people was fight. Was a scary town and scary town. We leave the town right away. Nothing like is in the google, Home app or boking app."

"The apartment made us experience the life in the old city which was nice. But the place was not as shown on the reservation site (the bedroom was not made of stonewalls). Also, it didn’t look like it was well taken care of. The electric blinds were worn out and one literally fell off the wall. I wrote an email to the owner but never heard from them. I slept one night out of 3 because there is zero insonorisation and the party from down the hill goes from 11:00 until 5:00 in the morning! ...

"We have a fantastic time at Casa EmCanto we were a family group with children aged 6 months to 10years. The facilities were amazing and enabled a really relaxing hoilday for us all. Communication from the host was really good too offering any advice we needed. We are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you so much "
