"This is a great unit. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Only criticism is that the couch is oriented in a way that makes viewing the TV awkward. The fenced backyard and proximity to the groomed winter walking path makes this an ideal property for travelers with dogs. Location is convenient to Palisades and Tahoe City, We definitely would stay here again."

"Found this rental while looking for a place to stay while attending a wedding on the resort. Dylan and Renee were super easy to communicate with and answered all my concerns in a timely manner. Super cozy and homey feel, I love how close yet still far enough from all the noise of the resort. Would definitely think about renting for the snow season since it’s right next to a lift. Plus the pools and hot tubs would be ideal after a long day on the mountain. Worth every penny! "

"This was the ideal place for a week-long family ski trip to Palisades Tahoe. It worked out perfectly for my family of 3 and my brother's family of 4 (and certainly could have fit a few more). The unit was just as advertised, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. "It is an adorable and comfortable studio and a short walk to Chair 5. Great communication with the owner, she is very responsive. Couple of things to note, the fridge is very small and the pull-out bed is tiny. I'm 5'6 and my feet hung over the edge. It is more suited for a small child. Also, I suggest rewriting the check-in and check-out instructions. The codes needed are in different locations and the check-out instructions weren't accurate. "
