"House was great, had everything we needed. There are many beds, room for 12 plus another 6 in the basement. Large fire pit in back yard, I can’t recall if that was listed on the description. Host was very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was good, we appreciated that he allowed a late checkout Sunday! I would recommend this place, exceeded expectations. "

"Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful home but the property is where it is at. Absolutely gorgeous. We really appreciate the extra towels and comfy beds. Kids had a blast in the bunk room with some AM cartoons while the adults shook over hangovers. Pool super cool. Only drawback is there were some lights we did not know how to turn on. Didn't ask though, property manager was great keeping us informed and answering questions. thinking about coming back next year!"

"We had our family stay at this property and were a sizable group. This place was awesome! Our kids loved the house and size of it, the outdoors was perfect for them to swim and play. I’d recommend taking tubes, like we did, it helps prolong the water fun! Fishing was fun too! There are two charcoal grills, plenty of seating, an amazing couch! We’ll be making this place our get away spot in the future!"

"I booked this property for the groomsman party of my friend’s wedding and it was great. There was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable and get ready for the wedding. The wedding venue, Owl Ridge, was only 5 minutes away. A coffee shop was also in walking distance. Communication with the host was very efficient and simple. It was a great weekend"
