I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. "This is a 3 unit “hotel” with absolutely no staff on site. The door code for the room they gave me did not work and without roaming on my phone there is no one to ask for the correct code. Since we couldn’t get inside and didn’t want to hope they saw an email in a timely manner we simply left and found somewhere else. "Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. "I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. "This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"Hans & Magda were lovely, on property, hosts, very accommodating. Short walk (10 mins) from train station, and easy walk to the main square. Close enough to pop in & out of to have a rest or drop things off. Nice garden with seating to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Small kitchen but other than picking up breakfast items, we chose to eat out."

"This hotel had easily the largest room that we have ever had for a hotel stay, while also being very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests, such as helping us with taxis and providing an umbrella for us when we weren't prepared for rain.
