"Since we did not receive any check-in info via hotels.com and access is only possible when given door and room codes, it took phone calls with 3 different people to obtain access codes. We only received an email from hotels.com with no text. Since our rooms were on the third floor, we were totally exhausted each time we had to climb up all those stairs (we are 80 and 72 years old, so that didn’t help!).The bed mattresses need replacing!!"

"A nice, modern apartment with good facilities. It is really close to the lake, shops, the train station and other important stuff. Most things, blinds, lights etc, are ran by a home automation system which is good except the one night where something must have happened to it as all the blinds opened in the early morning, waking the kids up. A well insulated apartment, which would be great in the winter, but in a hot summer, the air-con (in lounge and one of the bedrooms) struggled to keep the...

"We really enjoyed this hotel! The price was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, and amenities were great. We were given the choice to forego daily room cleaning and were given a free drink in the bar for every night we decided not to have the room cleaned. We often forego room cleaning (to save water and resources) and the drink was a great reward for doing so. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and even included prosseco! A special thanks and recognition to Ibrahim Iman in the bar and Bahre at breakfast. Both went above and beyond and made our stay even more special."
