"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric. "

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"Hotel muito bom e com bastante opção para criancas. Quartos confortáveis. Boa comida e sistema all inclusive bem legal. Fui con criança pequena e o que me atraiu foram as fotos do Aqua Park e da outra piscina com escorregador pequeno, entretanto, o aqua park fica numa piscina na parte de baixo que nao é aquecida e está sempre congelante, assim, é "impossivel" de usar, e a outra piscina com escorregadores pequenos estava em reforma, o que foi bem ruim.
