"We enjoyed being immersed in Old Town and being able to look over the balcony at all the activity in the street below. There were times that the street was briefly noisy very early in the morning but I guess that is to be expected a few times given the location and the fact that we were there a month.The loft was very conveniently located near small convenience stores, restaurants, yoga studios (2), cafes and gift shops.If you decide to rent a car there is a large, free parking lot just around...

"Fantastic experience! The Hobbit House is compact but extremely comfortable and functional! The hosts were very kind and hospitable, offering us a welcome basket with fresh eggs, bread and orange juice. They also shared lots of excellent suggestions for places to visit and even shared homemade sausages and regional wine with us! The surrounding farm is very quaint and we enjoyed feeding the horse and goats! An added bonus was being able to hold newly hatched chicks! The farm is minutes...

"Fabulous town house with 3 floors. Bedrooms on the lower floor & 2 bathrooms. Up the stairs to a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which was really well equipped. The upper floor was a lovely roof terrace with stunning views out to the beach. We had 3 kids with us, 12, 10 & 8. 2 flights of stairs in the place so might be a bit much for small kids or people with mobility issues. Excellent location, only 3 min walk to the square. We had a fabulous time here. Elite rentals were excellent to deal with"

"Nice place good location. This is not a two bedroom rather a one bedroom and the couch that opens for the “second” bedroom. If you are looking for a true two bedroom this is not the listing for you but if your okay with not really having a living room/ couch to sit on go for it. We were out all the time so it didn’t matter to us. "

"Nice villa with easy access to everything. Short drive to Carvoeiro if you need a little more pace. A few fantastic beaches are within range. We visited in Oct. and there were a lot of flies in and around the home but the home and pool were in great shape. The host is accessible and responds quickly. A very pleasant stay."

"We had a very peaceful stay at La quinta azul. Philippe and Bernard were perfect hosts, and Nino of course. The Quinta is in the perfect location to go to Lagos, Faro, and Portimao and the weather was always so nice in Silves. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by cacti and olive trees, you’re able to walk through the trails on the property. Our only recommendation for improvement would be comfier beds and better wifi - but those are minor details.We will most certainly be back 😊"

"Sonja and Estrela were terrific hosts. The home is large and immaculate and the pool was AMAZING. It worked very well for our family, and we had a great time there. "Lovely townhouse just a short walk from beach and restaurants. House was well equipped with everything we needed, making it an excellent home from home. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Sun around the pool all day. Would recommend if looking for a relaxing holiday. "We booked this property to enjoy a relaxing week at the Algarve. As it was not clear to us, what kind of street runs close by the property, we asked the owner. She responded that this road is not disturbing. But unfortunately this is not true. This is the main road from Lagos to Portimao and you have traffic 24/7. "Beautiful place, quick walk along foot path to breathtaking views. Lovely stay, though a complimentary bottle of water and instructions for stove and a hot shower would have been nice. Had to call manager about stove and first shower was freezing, until I realized there was a hot water switch. "

"We arrived late in the evening an was welcomed be the very friendly front desk, checkin was very easy using thier digital pad. the rooms are very clean and modern and we has a balcony to sit outside. The ambience amenities that are offer were just impeccable. the restaurant called "one" was so lovley with great salivating choice of food. But the best of the offering is the breakfast it has a fantastic view if the sea if you can get a seat as its very popular section. The amount if different section of breakfast food was just astonishing and the staff all were very helpful and just made staying here an absolute bliss. I just want return here again , again and again. it's just so peaceful, comfortable, and rewarding. "

Beautiful rooms and amazing staff!

"The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are so helpful, so friendly, so welcoming! The first day we arrived they immediately helped us settle in. Showed us the beautiful premises and gave us some info about the area, where to eat etc. the lady was so sweet, she was always engaging our kids and even gave them beautiful colouring books which my kids loved. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the parking is easy, safe and free. The area is very walkable and close to a lot of attractions. The room is big and comfortable, we had a huge bed and big sofa bed. There is a really great communal kitchen which you can also eat in. I highly recommend staying here. This place was a highlight of our trip. "
