"Fabulous town house with 3 floors. Bedrooms on the lower floor & 2 bathrooms. Up the stairs to a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which was really well equipped. The upper floor was a lovely roof terrace with stunning views out to the beach. We had 3 kids with us, 12, 10 & 8. 2 flights of stairs in the place so might be a bit much for small kids or people with mobility issues. Excellent location, only 3 min walk to the square. We had a fabulous time here. Elite rentals were excellent to deal with"

"This was a great place to stay for the low price. There are two bedrooms, two baths and two large outdoor patios. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The sea views shown in some photos are not from the property. Additionally, we saw roaches a few times, though the house was cleaned well. Lastly, there was a damp smell throughout the house. At first we thought it was just the humid weather but after washing our clothes discovered it is likely from the washer so we wish we wouldn’t...

"Just returned from a lovely week in Casa Jasmine. Spacious, clean villa with everything provided that we needed. Plenty sunbeds and outside seating areas. Great to have the 3 bathrooms. Took about 10 minutes to get to the start of a large number of bars, shops and restaurants and about 15 to the beach. Lovely touch to provide bread, milk, wine, tea, biscuits etc for our arrival. Brilliant base for a holiday in a great little resort."

"The pictures (which are awesome) do not do justice to how wonderful a property / house this is. It was a short (maybe 5 min walk to town and about 15 minutes to the beach (which is at the end of town). The house had tons of towels, plates, cups, pans, pots, towels, etc. Each room was large, immaculate and had it own bathroom. We were 14 and there was an incredible amount of room. "Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist optimal (sogar mit elektr. Orangenpresse!); der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung. Man darf sich im Orangenhain Orangen, Mandarinen und Zitronen pflücken und verzehren. Die Übergabe und Absprachen vor Ort sind problemlos und sehr entgegen kommend (z.B. bei Zeiten der Anreise oder Abreise). Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert und eines...

"Owner was on hand whenever we needed him. Great communication. Lovely big house with washing machine and washing line. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful sun trap for sun worshippers. We travelled as a family of 6 encountered no problems apart from a broken toilet seat that we offered n paid for with owner. Owner was very nice and approachable. Everything was on hand and we were local to everything hoping to stay again. Carvoeiro is beautiful"
