"The cleaning not good and very late,always forget something like towels garbage bags The bathroom shower always a problem "

"Spent three nights. Nice modern hotel. Large room with 2 double beds, large bathroom, kitchen area. Exercise room, tiny pool (2 ft depth), & sauna on top floor. Standard SA breakfast. Wine tasting every evening. Staff was generally okay. Be warned, there are a lot of fees on top of the room cost. Of course, breakfast & wine tasting. But also change of towels & change of linens that were not explained up front. It adds up."

"They accomodated us with a room 3 hours before check-in without a problem. Very friendly staff, excellent restaurant, patient with my broken spanish. Would stay again!"

The rooms are spacious and with a well equiped kitchenette. The neighborhood has lenty of super markets and places to buy already made food to buy and eat in the room, saving a lot of money. The hotel is one block from the Rambla, an ideal place to walk or run every day. Public transportation is abundant to go to any place in the city. I cannot think of a better place to stay while in Montevideo"
