"Hotel was nice & clean. Over looking the track & barns. Staff & guests were friendly throughout every where we went. A nice weekend getaway watching beautiful horses!!"

"Stayed at the MCM Elegante in Beaumont, and it was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location is convenient. Highly recommend for a great stay!"

"Loved everything about it, at first. Check in-great/easy. After check in, needed to use the clothes dryer. Once found, it only took quarters. Went to front desk to get quarters. Miss Not so Friendly Now, said w attitude, I had to have cash for change. Even though I had a credit card on file for incidentals, is this not one? I had no cash on me. In a "do everything on your phone" world, I could not use a dryer in one of the world's largest hotel chains. Not happy. "

"The manager was very helpful and accommodating. We will definetly be staying there again when we need to get closer to our jobs due to the weather. Had breakfast in lobby and was very good."

"For the most part.. everything was great.. couple of small things were not reviewed.. wifi code, time for breakfast.. after 11 years in Marriott/Hilton HR .. my biggest issue and what needs to be reviewed is NOT to SAY a guests room number.. especially when there is someone else right there. There is some issues.. that I have not said anything yet, so they do not have a chance to "make it right".. there is flooring that needs attention. Its a trip hazard especially for an elderly person.....

"Everything was wonderful. The only drawback is the hospital heliport next to the hotel which gets noisy when they land, but I learned to ignore it and it usually didn’t last more than a minute or so. "

"This nice property is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Our family got together for the Lamar University Homecoming Game and a birthday celebration. The house fit our group perfectly, and we all had an enjoyable weekend. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We hope to stay here again!"
