"Room was easy to check into, was in a cute area, with lots of shops to explore. The building carpets aren’t in great condition, and the room was definitely not as clean as it could be. Looked like drink stains and sticky residue on the counter. Pull out couch was awful to sit on so can only imagine if someone would have to sleep on it. But overall the price was good for what you get and the stay was enjoyable. I would stay again. "

"The property was great! We stayed Friday thru Monday, Labor Day weekend 2024. 2nd Ave is closed and under construction but they have the sidewalk area open for walking to where you need to go. The property staff is so nice and helpful for anything you need. The room was beautiful and clean! The bed, linens and pillows are extremely comfortable! The only complaint we had was the walls are not sound proof. At 3 & 4 am lots of loud girls partying and running down the hall. Heard a girl puking her...

Entry to the room/building was super easy and straight forward, and made our stay feel very safe. "Location was perfect for walking everywhere! Although the kitchen is beautiful it is not equipped to make anything more than eggs. 2nd st is ripped up and construction starts at 6:45 every day. You have a concert in bedroom until the bars close but we slept ok. Having 1.5 baths was so nice."

"Stayed at the property with friends in order to enjoy the Nashville Night life and be able to walk to our accommodation. This was a great way to stay together without being in a hotel. The property was clean and well equipped. One thing to be aware of... there is no elevator. Our four bedroom with a terrace... was on the third floor; plus two additional flights of stairs inside... not ideal for the older individuals in our group. Also, the property only provides your access information 18hours...
