"I was a bit unhappy to find there was no elevator and I had booked a luxury room on the 3rd floor. Adrian told me he would be happy to help with my luggage but then he was able to switch some things around so I had a ground floor room. He still helped me with my luggage! He was very kind and helpful! Thanks for making my stay better!"

"Stayed 3 nights with group of 6 friends. Very clean, great location, nice to walk around casco viejo. Communication with owners was not so good, prior to visit was very good but upon arrival did not have code to door for 2 days and got key from maid. One key for 6 people! Day before check out owner community, but would have been helpful to have at arrival. (Needs new wine opener! And sparse supplies in kitchen)"

"The property was a bit hard to find because it is not on a main road, but after we found it we had no problems at all with the location, and to our pleasant surprise we found free parking within a 5 minutes walking distance by a restaurant that is also next to another apartment complex. The photo of the kitchen and the living room online looks much bigger than what it actually is. The kitchen especially is TINY, but it does have a stovetop with two burners, which was helpful. The sofa in the living room is ok to sit on for a few minutes but it is not a high quality one. All the bedrooms have its own full bathroom and all the bedrooms are a very decent/big size. The photo online of the rooftop area with the hot tub is also somewhat deceiving because online it gives the impression that it is a private area just for you, but it is a shared space, it is small. Another deceiving factor is that upon booking I don't think it provides what floor you will get, we go the ground floor, which was ok for easy access, but when I booked it I thought we were getting the apartment on the top level with a view. The main bedroom has a skylight, which is ok, but when it rains it makes you hear the rain rather loudly, it didn't bother me because I can sleep well with noises but my husband said he could hear it all night long. The location is excellent, far enough from the main busy streets. I would book it again, but request to be on the top floor just to have a view. "

"Great location, the 2 large bedrooms worked great along with the kitchen and sitting area for relaxing after day tours and fishing. Many shops, amazing restaurants, rooftop bars, and sites within walking distance. The property manager was very responsive and helpful during our stay and we did enjoy the pool at another of their properties a couple blocks away."
