"The service I received was excellent. The owner was very friendly and the cleaning lady cleaned my room, replaced clean towels and even washed the dishes for me daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC and WiFi worked really well. The room was a bit small and it wasn’t any sound proof at all. You can hear every sound clearly coming from the hallways or the parking. I was woken up daily by people talking."

"I love this hotel as long as it is close to everything. A few blocks away from the mall, you take a cab and soon will be anywhere else in the city. The hotel is located in the San Francisco neighborhood, which is no very popular for its restaurants. Staff is kind, the facilities are clean, and breakfast is good. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Loved the friendliness of the staff! The pool was excellent. Conveniently located close to grocery store Super 99 and the Ubers came fast. They gave us a handicap room which the shower didn’t work but they came quickly to get the water flowing. Having a kitchen and laundry facilities was a great benefit. And the coffee at the included breakfast was always good and hot! Very good experience and I would recommend and stay here again."

"This property was okay. Depending on what your plans are, the place was okay when it comes to convenience. It’s an average of $5.50 via uber to casco Viejo. My tours picked me up without any problems. The area is walkable and some of the popular cafes in the old town have chains within 20 minutes of the hotel.
